Online Training (Live Streaming) Work Terms and Conditions Cancellation and Liability/Waiver If you need to cancel your group pilates mat session, please do so at least 72 hours before your appointed time or you will be responsible for paying for the session. There are no exceptions.

Liability/Waiver

Your agreement to a session/sessions means that you agree to the following: I understand that I have enrolled in a program of physical activity including but not limited to body conditioning machinery used in my Pilates/ Personal training workouts. I hereby absolve Jodie Pilates and RippedBodies Personal Training from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing the Pilates method and other forms of body conditioning or any actions learned with or by Jodie Fontenot of Jodie Pilates and RippedBodies Personal Training.

I hereby release myself, my heirs and assigns, Jodie Fontenot, Jodie Pilates and RippedBodies Personal Training from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program. Agreement to this Cancellation and Liability Information will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, whether in person, or in a group class online via Zoom, Google Hangouts etc. or any other video conferencing tool.

My goal as a movement educator and coach is to make you feel good in your body and love movement and to help you build strength in your body for you to continue moving freely and to do all the things you enjoy doing.

I have experience working with clients and athletes wanting to cross train to remain injury free as well as on a rehabilitative and a preventative track.
